Right of Withdrawal

Returns are possible within 30 days:

• Products must be in their original condition and have the original labels and tags attached.
• The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
• Returned items must not show any signs of use.
• Please note: If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Always ensure that your package has a tracking number. Returns that are lost will not be refunded unless proof of shipment with a tracking number is provided. Returns sent by mail without a tracking number are at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email that the return has been received. Within a few days after processing your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.

Cancellation of Orders

You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing the order. After 5 minutes, your order will be processed, and unfortunately, cancellation is no longer possible.

Returns are always at the sender's risk; return shipping costs will not be refunded.

Wrong Item or Wrong Size?

If you receive the wrong item or size, we will send you the correct item free of charge!
