Return and Refund Policy
### Returns are possible within 30 days:
The products must be in their original condition and have the original tags and labels attached.
The packaging must not be damaged and must be in its original condition.
The items being returned must not show any signs of use.
Attention: If the returned items do not meet these conditions, we unfortunately cannot process your return. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged outside of our control.
Ensure that your package is provided with a Track & Trace code. Returns that are lost will not be refunded unless proof of shipping with a Track & Trace code is provided. Returns sent by post without a Track & Trace code are at your own risk. As a customer, you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
Once we have received your return, we will inform you by email about the receipt of the return. Within a few days after processing your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account.
### Order Cancellation
You can only cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After 5 minutes, your order will enter the processing stage, and unfortunately, a cancellation will no longer be possible.
